The main goal of our research is to propose and design advanced materials and devices for sustainable energy, mainly focused on:

• The development of emerging photovoltaic materials for sustainable energy conversion, with special emphasis in thin-film and low-dimensional chalcogenide materials on different type of substrates (rigid, flexible, transparent) for different applications, for example, building-integrated photovoltaics, indoor…
• The characterization of advanced structures for different energy applications.

The group also works on low-dimensional chalcogenide materials for optoelectronic applications.
